Our primary goal is not to allow the cost of treatment to prevent you from benefiting from the quality care you need or desire. We will strive to maximize your insurance benefit and make any remaining balance easily affordable.

Billing

We will submit insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients working with insurance.

Patient payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a signed financial arrangement has been made.

For your convenience, we send statements via text and email, allowing you the flexibility to make payments online.

Insurance

We submit insurance claims to most insurances, however, we are only in network with Delta Dental as a Premier Provider.

Please note that we are not currently accepting any new patients who are participating in any one of the BadgerCare Programs, Medicaid, or Wisconsin state-funded programs.
